JS Property Services is a family run business serving both private and commercial clients.
We operate from our new premises in langham near colchester in essex, we all live locally to the area and are born and bred in both suffolk & Essex.
We also cater for overseas clients and have worked for clients in France & Bulgaria, renovating rural properties into holiday homes.
We cover all aspects of hard and soft landscaping and tree surgery. Some of which might include paving, fencing, water features, timber decking, driveways, patios, lighting, swimming pools, brickwork, tree surgery and planting, including extensive planting plans.
Our in house designer offers a design and build service giving the client peace of mind by only having to deal with one contractor from conception to completion.
Our designs include – surveys, concept designs, construction drawings, planting plans, setting out drawings, CAD designs and more. We also undertake any planning permission required within the design if required.
All of our teams are highly skilled, polite, clean and dedicated to producing gardens with amazing attention to detail making us– The Landscape Gardeners of choice in Suffolk & Essex.
All tree care is carried out by qualified teams to BS3998 Recommendation for Tree Work.
We also build gardens for clients not requiring a design service to the same standards.
